This post is at least 2 weeks late! I’ve been so busy lately, I almost forgot about it until I saw the pics in Picasa last night while I was clearing the photos in my phone.
This was a little activity I did with the kids prior to my flight to Stockholm some time back. I’d jot down the recipe from Electrolux Newsroom to try it at home. As the recipe was meant for microwave cooking. I’ve tweaked the baking time so that it would work with my conventional oven.

It’s really easy, Just put all the ingredients together in a cup…
…and mix.

| It got a little messy for the kids to mix in a small cup so I gave them a bowl instead. |
Put in oven and bake for 25 minutes at 140 degree and it’s done!
Nice moist and yummy brownie.
